Registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, the Association is dedicated to promoting ethical guidance for higher education, fostering professional networking, and supporting community-focused initiatives.

Who Can Become a Member?

Membership is available to professionals who meet these criteria:

Must be at least 25 years old
Must be Owner, Partner or Director of a registered educational consultancy (Pvt. Ltd / LLP / Partnership)
Consultancy must have been operating continuously for at least 3 years
Maximum two members per company
Submission of a completed application form along with required documents

Other important guidelines

Membership is non-transferable
Voting rights granted after 1 year of continuous active membership
Membership fee to be renewed every year within the renewal period

Membership Fees

Kerala residents / Malayalam-speaking applicants	₹ 25,000
Applicants from other states in India	₹ 10,000

* The fee includes a ₹ 2,000 application charge. Payment can be made via cash, cheque or DD to the Registered Office. An official stamped receipt must be collected at the time of payment.

Membership Renewal & Grace Period Policy

Renewal period: December 1 to December 31
Grace period: January 1 to January 15
Renewals during grace period: ₹ 500 late fee

Members must renew within the defined window to continue receiving benefits without interruption.

How to Join? — Simple and Transparent

Step-by-step Application Process:

Submit the completed membership application form with necessary documents to the State Committee.
The State Committee and Central Application Review Committee will review the application.
Final approval is granted by the National Executive Committee.
Upon acceptance, a unique membership number will be issued.
